I can't say enough great things about Greg and his team!! I'll start with responsiveness. When we first got in the market for a house and he just happened to be out of town. He immdiately had one of his team members do a zoom walk through of a home (we live out of state) with us on a Sunday. Any time we reached out to him he resonded almost immediately, be it morning, night or weekend. Especially since we were many states away Greg stepped up and coordinated so much between our mortgage broker, and helped us find a great contractor when we wanted to do some rennovations to our new home. Now lets talk about knowledge. I felt confident every step of the way, from finding home throught closing that Greg knew exactly what to do. As an attorney myslef I know how complicated buying and closing on a house can be. Greg knew all the ends and outs of the process, anytime I asked him a question he knew the answer. We moved down to Tampa from 18yrs of life in Manhattan, and trying to find a home in such a different city could have been a harried experience. We got VERY lucky and met Greg. As a type A individual relocating from Manhattan, I was initially unsure of Greg's calm, almost passive, demeanor. He did not push us to buy a property, and allowed us to "look around". Most importantly, you can trust Greg to do what's right and what's in your best interest. I would go to Greg with no hesitation whatsoever for either side of a real estate transaction.
